Responsibly Red

We are a global team working with customers around the world, and we recognise that our activities have an impact on the environment, our communities and the people we work with.

As an employee-owned business, we believe that sustainability is about making good decisions, taking responsibility for our actions, and continually seeking ways to improve. We call this being Responsibly Red.

Our Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) strategy focuses on three key areas: Environment, Social Responsibility and Governance.

ESG focus #1

Environment

As a professional services company, our environmental impact is primarily driven by our offices, business travel, energy consumption and supply chain. We are committed to minimising our environmental footprint and continually improving our environmental performance across our global operations.

We recognise that environmental responsibility is an ongoing journey and seek to embed sustainable thinking in how we operate and make decisions.

Our Environmental Principles

  • Embed environmental awareness and consideration in everything we do.
  • Comply with applicable environmental laws, regulations and other environmental obligations relevant to our activities.
  • Consider environmental impacts when making business, procurement and operational decisions.
  • Continually improve our environmental performance through the measurement, management and reduction of environmental impacts.
  • Select suppliers who can provide evidence of effective environmental and waste management practices.

Our Waste Management Principles

  • Minimise waste sent to landfill by applying the principles of Reduce, Reuse and Recycle.
  • Reuse, donate or recycle more than 99% of our electronic waste (e-waste).
  • Select suppliers who can provide evidence of effective waste management practices.

Our Environmental Objectives

  • Identify and measure the environmental impacts of our activities.
  • Set targets, monitor performance and communicate progress to stakeholders and employees.
  • Improve environmental awareness and engagement across our workforce.
  • Achieve Net Zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2040 through emission reduction, operational efficiency, renewable energy adoption and engagement with our supply chain.
  • Achieve year-on-year reductions in carbon emissions, taking account of organisational growth and business activity.
  • Consider environmental performance and sustainability when selecting suppliers and business partners.
  • Use energy, water and other resources efficiently and seek opportunities to reduce consumption.

We review these policies regularly to ensure they remain effective and relevant to our business.

Governance - Responsibly Red (ESG)

Our role, in support of our customers, is about connecting people. It is what we do – all day every day. Through our social responsibility strategy, goals and actions we are continually seeking improvement in how we engage and operate in this more connected world while minimising our impact on the environment. Our people are passionate in support of these principles and I’m proud to see this commitment in all the work that we do.
