Responsibly Red

We are a global team, working with a global customer base, and recognise our impact on the world around us, both in and out of work. We share a collective responsibility for this impact and continually strive to improve both our local and global environments and communities.

In many ways, this is about making good choices and doing the right thing. We like to think of this as being Responsibly Red.

To focus our Environmental, Social Responsibility and Governance (ESG) efforts, set related goals and seek continual improvement, we have identified three priority areas.

ESG focus #1

Environment

We recognise that our activities have a direct environmental impact. As an employee-owned company with an open and honest culture, we have the ability, desire and passion to create a workplace where environmental protection is a key consideration in everything we do.

ESG focus #2

Social Responsibility

Our people are essential to all that we do. We have a responsibility for the well-being of our immediate teams, our local communities and the wider global community.

Social Responsibility - Responsibly Red (ESG)

ESG focus #3

Governance

We operate always as a responsible business, a business that is trusted, respected and fair to work with. Our operations are conducted in an open and transparent way, underpinned by good business ethics.

Governance - Responsibly Red (ESG)

Our role, in support of our customers, is about connecting people. It is what we do – all day every day. Through our social responsibility strategy, goals and actions we are continually seeking improvement in how we engage and operate in this more connected world while minimising our impact on the environment. Our people are passionate in support of these principles and I’m proud to see this commitment in all the work that we do.
