Following successful completion of your probationary period, you will begin to accure eligibility to receive payments under our discretionary bonus scheme.
After one years service you will be entitled to a share of our Employee Ownership Bonus, payment is made annually and your share of the pot is based on length of service and salary.
From day one you will be covered by our personal accident policy covering you for up to 3 times your salary.

We all have a minimum of 18 days holiday plus national and festival days (pro-rata for part-time employees) and get an extra day for each full year worked up to a max of 23 days, plus 5 casual leave days each day.
