Performance bonus
After 6 months you become eligible to receive payments under our discretionary bonus scheme. Payment is made twice per year, based on company profitability and individual performance.
Employee ownership bonus
After 1 year’s service you will be entitled to a share of our Employee Ownership Bonus. Payment is made twice per year and your share is determined by length of service and salary.
