You will be entitled to 25 days paid holiday per year, plus statutory public holidays. You will receive one additional day per full calendar years’ service up to a maximum of 30 days paid holiday per year.
Following successful completion of your probationary period, you will begin to accrue eligibility to receive payments under our discretionary bonus scheme. Payment is made annually, based on company profitability and individual performance.
After one year’s service, you will be entitled to a share of our Employee Ownership bonus. Payment is made annually, and your share is based on determined by your length of service and salary.
We offer a workplace pension into which you will be auto-enrolled. You must make a government-mandated minimum contribution of 5%, although you can contribute more if you wish. We will make an employer contribution of 5%.
We offer a two-part package, a cash plan, and medical insurance. The medical insurance is “medical history disregarded” which means there is no requirement for a medical, and any existing conditions are covered. We pay the premium for the employee, spouse and children can be added at your own cost.
We offer a death-in-service life insurance policy that will pay up to four times your annual salary to your nominated beneficiary.
