Prior to joining Consult Red, Harsha was part of LTIMindtree’s growth story for 19 years, with a track record of success in engineering, consulting, innovation and sales leadership roles. Most recently, he delivered significant growth for their Communications, Media and Technology business as part of the Global Leadership team. Harsha also drove significant portfolio and organisation change through several strategy think tanks and board-led initiatives throughout his tenure.
Harsha has a passion for leveraging modern technology, culture, and capabilities to drive business transformation. He has worked with executives across a diverse range of industries and continents to deliver large-scale transformation successfully and sustainably. Harsha holds a patent in a Data Analytics framework, is on the advisory board of industry associations and is a speaker at various forums.
Harsha holds a master’s degree in Business Administration and a bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
