Challenge

The client entered a rapid development cycle for a new high-speed network encryption product built on a high-end AMD Kria™ K24 FPGA SOM platform.
The client has strong in‑house technical capabilities but required additional specialist hardware services to boost a rapid development phase for the design of a compact, secure carrier board to meet strict size, uptime, anti‑tamper, and manufacturability requirements.
Timescales were aggressive and left little margin for rework.
