Prior to joining the Board he was the Founder and CEO of Caldero, a professional services consultancy within the video entertainment market.

 

A developer by background, Shane previously held a number of roles at Pace, latterly President of the international business, where he achieved strong growth on the way to building a near USD $1B business.
