Living in Poland

For those of you who don’t know, Wroclaw is one of Poland’s most important cities, being the 4th largest and 2nd fastest-growing city, as well as being Poland’s 3rd largest academic centre.

Wrocław, Polska

Set in the south-west of the country in the Lower Silesian district, Wroclaw is close to the borders with Germany, the Czech Republic and Slovakia, with Austria and Hungary being just a little further to travel.

The new airport and solid transport infrastructure support a fast-growing city centre with new office buildings being constructed at a furious rate to support the ever-growing number of businesses including the likes of 3M, Google, IBM, Nokia, Vewd and Dolby.

There are over 500 pubs and restaurants, 7 cinemas, 13 theatres, an amazing Opera House and 18 shopping centres and the Wroclaw Christmas Market is widely regarded as being the biggest and best in all of Poland.

Wroclaw also benefits from access to the historic sites and unspoiled nature of the surrounding province of Lower Silesia. Whether you want to pop out of town for an evening meal and a drive through the countryside, or pack up and spend a weekend away from home with the family without getting on a plane, Lower Silesia offers everything from rugged mountains to clean lakes; from castles and monasteries to relaxing spas and health resorts. All year round the beautiful Sudety Mountains, reachable in 1.5 hours by car, tempt lovers of hiking, biking, skiing, rock-climbing and paragliding from across Poland and around the world.

Our office in Wroclaw is on one floor of a new building in the heart of Wroclaw just a short walk from the old market square (Rynek). This location offers convenient access to hotels, restaurants, bars and shopping centres making it an ideal place to work from.

The office was fitted out from the bare shell to our exact specifications and includes a chill-out zone and games area where the team can relax when not at work.
